Shipping / Return Policy
For free shipping promotions, orders will be shipped with the shipping method of our choice, no matter which method you choose at checkout. For those trying to get overnight express expedited next-day delivery for free, nice try ;) we don't blame ya, but please understand that we will use standard shipping to keep our costs down.
^+^ We print all of our garments in-house - literally in our house. We work from home and we have cats. Although we don't let the cats near our stock, please be advised that there may be an occasional cat hair or two on our products because we sometimes have cat hair on our persons while we pack the orders. We do our very very best to inspect each garment before it gets packed. But, you know, meow.
If you receive a hoodie or shirt that has a label that says "Always Again" and wonder, "WTF is Always Again?" it's because we are using blank garments that we had tagged for one of our other clothing companies (now closed) and are using the blanks from that stock. It's the same garment we would usually use, but has a different tag.
You can return your item for store credit. However, we typically don't offer refunds. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the item is returned worn, washed or damaged, we will not be able to issue store credit. (Make-up and deodorant stains are considered damage).
