Shipping / Return Policy


Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is actually processed, you will receive a tracking number. Please be aware that the 1-day or 2-3 day shipping option you may see at checkout only refers to the time in transit once the post office receives the package. This does not necessarily mean that your item will ship in 1 or 2-3 days, only that once it ships, you will receive it in 1 or 2-3 days. Also, orders over 1 pound will automatically be assigned Priority Mail due to weight.

We do strive to process orders within 3-5 days*, however, sometimes there are delays. Please allow one week for your order to ship before contacting us. We thank you for your patience.

*Update: July 20, 2020 - Currently, orders can take up to 14 days to process. We appreciate your patience. 

For free shipping promotions, orders will be shipped with the shipping method of our choice, no matter which method you choose at checkout. For those trying to get overnight express expedited next-day delivery for free, we see you - and nice try ;) but please understand that we will choose first class when possible to keep our costs down. 

We ship from southern California. For some reason, shipping to Texas takes as long as shipping to the East Coast. In some cases, shipping to Australia and parts of Europe may take up to 2 months. (Not typically, but we have seen it happen). We are working to find other options for quicker delivery.

^+^ We print all of our garments in-house - literally in our house. We work from home and we have cats. Although we don't let the cats near our stock, please be advised that there may be an occasional cat hair or two on our products because we sometimes have cat hair on our persons. We do our best to inspect each garment before shipping orders. But, you know, meow.

Sometimes we re-use packing material and poly mailers - so if you get an ugly-on-the-outside package, remember it's what is inside that counts.


Can you return your item for a refund? 
You can return your item for store credit. However, we don't offer refunds. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the item is returned worn, washed or damaged, we will not be able to issue store credit. (Make-up and deodorant stains are considered damage).
